Position: Senior Solution Consultant

Location: Singapore

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Solution Consultant will gain in-depth knowledge of OneStream technology and leverage this expertise to effectively communicate the value and advantages of our solutions to partners, potential clients, and internal sales teams.

As a vital member of our Presales team, the Senior Solution Consultant will engage in the design, validation, and presentation of OneStream solutions tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accelerating the sales process by delivering impeccable standard and customized product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives within the Finance sector.
  • Providing presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with minimal oversight.
  • Serving as a technical resource for junior Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives.
  • Translating business requirements and challenges into compelling Proof of Concept presentations.
  • Creating and delivering high-quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
  • Effectively presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, future product direction, and comprehensive OneStream solutions.
  • Enhancing and maintaining standard demo assets to ensure exceptional sales presentations.
  • Designing, validating, and presenting Database & OneStream Cloud solutions, including advanced product concepts and future directions.
  • Building and managing client references through high-quality technical and professional relationships.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and presentation skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred in Computer Science or a related technology field.

Technical experience with OneStream or similar Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools.

Over 6 years of experience in Database Management, including the development and deployment of applications.

Demonstrated ability to conduct rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology, along with providing guidance in evaluating OneStream's Cloud solution.

Experience in a client-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.

Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.

Proven capability to lead technical discussions and identify optimal solutions for customer needs.

Familiarity with business analysis and financial modeling.

Background in Finance or Accounting.

Meticulous attention to detail.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience as a Services Consultant, Database Administrator, or Technical Pre-Sales is advantageous.
