We are now looking to onboard exceptional sales talent to accelerate our growth.

The ideal candidate for this position is an outstanding sales closer who possesses a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate investment.

You should feel equally at ease discussing real estate investment with both savvy, high-net-worth individuals and those new to the field.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will be a determined, empathetic, and polished communicator, adept at problem-solving. You will anticipate and address buyer objections before they even arise.

In your previous sales roles, you have consistently closed deals at rates that others deemed impossible; you have discovered pathways to success where others have struggled.

As a vital member of our Sales Team, you will be tasked with conveying HomeRoom's unique business model, which includes our data-driven property identification approach and our exceptional client experience.

You will be experienced and comfortable managing the entire sales cycle, from the initial discovery call to property selection and closing.

You are a builder, open to change, and eager to be a core member of the HomeRoom team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact and advisor for our prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with investors to align their explicit and implicit goals for real estate investment with HomeRoom's offerings.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted real estate advisor.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback for product development insights.
  • Share your expertise and provide constructive feedback to enhance strategies, solutions, and the sales process.
Maintain accurate and timely management of the sales pipeline in our CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a consultative, B2B, or investment-oriented sales role.
  • Proven success in engaging and effectively communicating with C-suite executives and/or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong oral communication skills, particularly over video.
  • Comfortable with making requests and handling rejection.
  • Driven by a desire for continuous improvement and learning (you are coachable).
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment; able to adapt to evolving business needs and influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
Passionate about real estate and investment opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in real estate investment.
  • Background in financial services sales.
  • Relevant licenses such as Series 6, 63, and 7.
Experience in early-stage startup sales.
