Architectural Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, microservices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, adept at tackling the most challenging technical issues.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate architectural concepts and influence stakeholders effectively.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Experience in SaaS or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
Cloud Expertise: In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
Security Focus: Strong grasp of security best practices and experience in crafting secure software solutions.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
