Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team at the Verrazano Imaging Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of support staff. You will ensure that performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner and compile data for various statistical reports as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to Administrative Support team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
  • Develop, communicate, and build consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
  • Select, develop, manage, and evaluate direct reports; ensure performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare statistical reports for Home Care Network management or external departments as required.
  • Assist the leadership in analyzing and compiling statistical data for required reports and projects.
  • Work in conjunction with Business Services group to ensure proper documentation is received and/or transmitted timely from all disciplines prior to submission for billing process.
  • Communicate with the leadership to address issues regarding physical space, communications the health systems, equipment and maintenance, as well as any non-clinical process issues.
  • Implement the health systems updates directed by the Home Care Network in clerical procedures and maintains productivity standards with clerical support staff.
  • Prepare and monitors payroll preparation and ensures all required documentation is received and validated.
  • Maintains productivity statistics for the Home Care Agency.
  • Performs related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
