Job Title: Water Restoration Claims Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Water Restoration Claims Administrator to join our team at Roto-Rooter. As a key member of our water restoration team, you will be responsible for handling claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims from initial intake to final resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gathering and analyzing data to determine the validity of claims.
  • Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit claims reports, including detailed estimates and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with the water restoration team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in claims administration, preferably in the water restoration industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex claims.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software and other claim processing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
