Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Employee Policy Compliance and Human Resources Offices, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations Support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Key responsibilities include coordinating Short-Term Disability and MetLife processes, managing billing for legal services, and acting as a liaison with the Employment Center and Talent Acquisition.

The incumbent will also support department management by preparing meeting agendas, conducting research, and compiling reports and meeting minutes.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Special or relevant training in public sector administration preferred
  • Ability to guard and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prepare accurate written records and reports
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to meet deadlines and focus with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use sound judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness when dealing with other employees and the public
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and in emergencies and to adapt to changes in work priorities
