Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EAC Network. As a key member of our Staten Island Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) Program, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth program operations and providing exceptional support to clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Program Director and Supervisors in coordinating daily operations and oversee office functions in their absence.
  • Manage phone calls, screen inquiries, and provide a professional and welcoming reception experience.
  • Handle petty cash and metro card disbursements, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
  • Perform typing, general office duties, and maintain accurate records.
  • Review and input client information into databases and assist with compiling monthly reports.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, manage client intake schedules, and maintain organized storage files.
  • Support the Case Management Unit with case preparation and ensure compliance for DOHMH audits, maintaining a detailed Audit Log.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in human services or alcohol/substance abuse programs.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant office experience, including general office tasks, typing, data entry, and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to work cooperatively with treatment providers and court personnel.
  • Skilled in computer applications such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, email, and database software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
