Job Summary

Rainbow International Restoration of Staten Island is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions
  • Assist with scheduling services, notifying customers of service call status, and following up with customers after completion
  • Collect payments from various sources and perform clerical duties, including data entry
  • Support management and other staff with administrative tasks and projects
  • Maintain a professional image and work cooperatively with others to manage various situations
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
  • Experience with Xactware is a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Professional appearance and personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
