Job Title: Administrative Associate

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Support department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Short-Term Disability and MetLife processes
  • Manage billing for legal services
  • Act as a liaison with the Employment Center and Talent Acquisition
  • Prepare interview packages, schedule candidates, and manage requisite paperwork
  • Support department management by preparing meeting agendas, conducting research, and compiling reports
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents
