Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Independent Demand Facilitation to join our team at Magnite. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key decision makers in the digital video ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a sales pipeline to engage with independent advertising agencies and in-house advertisers in the Pacific Northwest region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle, ensuring proper contract execution for managed services and programmatic buying.
  • Work proactively with internal teams to convey relevant and appropriate reporting to clients, driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the team beyond revenue generation, adhering to a high standard of excellence and mentoring junior team members.
  • Directly manage and mentor a local director and other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a sales hunter with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets in digital ad sales.
  • Demonstrated success with managed service/direct IO buyers, particularly linear TV and broadcast decision-makers.
  • A high level of integrity, empathy, compelling presentation/active listening, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong self-determination and ability to work, create, and solve independently.
  • A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from diverse accounts.
  • Knowledge of various buying pathways, supply path optimization, and direct IO/programmatic buying in video ad tech.
  • Excel, Salesforce, Google Slides, Tableau experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
