Job Overview: Executive Business Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Executive Business Development Lead to join our team at Three Pillars Recruiting. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through successful account management. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home two days a week and in our New York City office three days a week.

About the Job:

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior-level clients. You will work closely with our senior team members to develop and implement business strategies, manage sales pipelines, and close deals. Your expertise will include understanding clients' business needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have experience using CRM systems like Hubspot to manage sales contacts and track activity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
* Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely closure of deals
* Collaborate with senior team members to develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* Utilize and manage our CRM system to track activity, manage sales contacts and opportunities, and coordinate prospect outreach and follow-up

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a role related to business development, sales, or account management
* Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients
* Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
* Proficiency in CRM systems like Hubspot and experience with sales software a plus

Salary and Benefits:

* Competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
* Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work from anywhere on Monday and Friday and in our New York City office Tuesday through Thursday
