Position Summary

As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse clientele. Your role will involve assisting customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in both languages, ensuring exceptional service during the sales process.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and financing options.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Facilitate test drives and showcase vehicle features effectively.
  • Negotiate sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving dealership sales goals.
  • Follow up with both potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the dealership's CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers from various backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
