Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Initiating outbound calls to engage potential business clients
- Clarifying policy details and tailoring coverage to meet individual requirements
- Achieving new business production targets as set forth
- Overseeing appointment scheduling, calls, and email correspondence
Qualifications
- Must hold a P&C License in Texas
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, be receptive to coaching, and perform under pressure
- Exhibit self-motivation and a sense of urgency
- Possess excellent presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage customer rejection effectively
- Typing proficiency of 60+ words per minute
- Enjoy engaging with people and be confident in phone interactions
- Must be at least 18 years old (background checks will be conducted)
- No felony convictions
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Online assessment and video interview will be required for consideration.
