Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating outbound calls to engage potential business clients
  • Clarifying policy details and tailoring coverage to meet individual requirements
  • Achieving new business production targets as set forth
  • Overseeing appointment scheduling, calls, and email correspondence

Qualifications
  • Must hold a P&C License in Texas
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, be receptive to coaching, and perform under pressure
  • Exhibit self-motivation and a sense of urgency
  • Possess excellent presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage customer rejection effectively
  • Typing proficiency of 60+ words per minute
  • Enjoy engaging with people and be confident in phone interactions
  • Must be at least 18 years old (background checks will be conducted)
  • No felony convictions
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Online assessment and video interview will be required for consideration.
