Role Summary:
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business and managing a consultative sales process. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, emphasizing the development of strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the sales cycle with technical expertise to secure client contracts.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with both existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase our solutions to clients.
- Perform comprehensive business analysis and assist in the execution of business plans.
- Address inquiries from potential customers regarding our products and solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth technical understanding of our product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.
- Proven ability to resolve complex pre-sales technical issues in collaboration with other sales team members.
- Strong presentation skills to convey technical concepts clearly to clients through demonstrations and proposals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated professionalism and persistence in achieving sales goals.
