Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell EECU products and services, achieving sales goals and exceeding member expectations.
- Conduct consultative selling sessions, performing financial profiles to identify relationship expansion opportunities.
- Utilize indirect cross-selling reports and internal opportunity reports to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Perform platform functions, opening new accounts and loan production, and providing a complete service and sales experience for members.
- Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch, promoting EECU products and services to members.
- Responsible for lobby coverage, including concierge services, greeting members, answering calls, and assisting or directing members to appropriate employees.
- One year minimum experience in a retail or financial environment, with a proven track record of excellence in service and sales.
- Retail Operations knowledge, including platform and teller operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse freely and comfortably in all interactions with members.
- Enthusiasm and professionalism, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks daily.
- Good listener, approachable, and able to problem-solve and empathize with members.
- Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
- College Degree preferred.
- Bilingual required, with the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish.
- Availability to work during the hours of 8:45am-6:15pm, Monday-Friday, and 8:45am-1:30pm, Saturdays.
