Your Role as an Automotive Sales Consultant:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will engage with numerous customers—both online and in-person—to assist them in navigating their vehicle purchasing journey within our straightforward sales environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing detailed information.
- Guiding customers through the transition from online and phone interactions to an in-store experience, ensuring exceptional service throughout.
- Utilizing your strong communication and listening skills to help customers select their ideal vehicle, negotiate payment terms that align with their budgets and expectations, and successfully close sales.
- Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and facilitate their transition to our Service department for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to engage in follow-up communications with customers.
- Comfortable working with technology.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
