The Business Analyst & Planner will be instrumental in shaping the sales strategy, evaluating business performance, and strategizing for future expansion. This position entails working collaboratively with multiple departments to collect and analyze data, formulate business strategies, and deliver insights aimed at improving sales outcomes and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, assess, and interpret sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Design and sustain BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Offer actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
  • Develop and oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and targets grounded in market analysis and historical performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategic sales plans and objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to grasp industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify potential market opportunities and risks, providing strategic guidance.
  • Assess and refine existing sales processes and workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Introduce new tools and technologies to enhance sales operations and data analysis.
  • Educate and support sales team members in leveraging data-driven insights and tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments to facilitate seamless information exchange and collaboration.
