Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a comparable role, demonstrating a successful history of project management.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business intelligence applications.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for presenting complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
