Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative I:

The primary role involves scheduling both permanent and temporary services for commercial clients, investigating and resolving service-related issues, and coordinating schedules with service providers.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with special projects, addressing billing discrepancies with vendors, and performing other assigned tasks.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is $20.00.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to every client via phone and email.
  • Manage service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records.
  • Engage with clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal service levels are met.
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in the waste management sector is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
  • Strong follow-up skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including database management, email, and internet-based systems is required.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
