Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Stephens. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality marketing materials, including pitch books, brochures, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Marketing Materials: Create and update pitch books, brochures, and presentations that accurately reflect our company's brand and messaging.
  • Manage Marketing Collateral: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple mediums, including digital and print.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update information on our company intranet, ensuring all content is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials align with our company's branding, marketing messaging, and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with our Director and Product and Service teams to develop and manage marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our PWM Administration team, enhancing daily management of the department and serving as a resource for special projects.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of related experience or training.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, creative eye for design, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar programs, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
