SEO Specialist Job Description

HireVenture is seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join their team. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies for our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analyses of clients' websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords and phrases, and develop content strategies to target these keywords.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text, for improved search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority and improve website authority and ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to clients on SEO best practices, technical optimization, and content strategy.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Experience with website optimization techniques, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
