Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Leading employee relations resolutions, minimizing risk to the organization
  • Driving employee engagement and ensuring a collaborative workforce based on shared goals and accountability
  • Overseeing annual and quarterly compensation planning processes
  • Partnering with DE&I teams to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of successful business partnership experience, with proven success in linking HR strategies to business objectives
  • Ability to manage enterprise-wide projects/initiatives independently
  • Experience managing and leading a team of HR professionals
  • Availability for field travel, ranging from 25% to 50% of the time
