The Colonial Williamsburg Company offers a unique guest experience that blends historical charm with modern amenities. Our facility features well-appointed accommodations designed for both leisure and business travelers.

The Senior Hospitality Front Desk Specialist plays a crucial role within the Front Office Team, serving as the primary liaison between guests and the various departments of the hotel. This position significantly impacts the initial impressions of our guests and is responsible for executing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Welcome guests and facilitate the check-in process for individual and group arrivals.
  • Oversee the check-out process for departing guests utilizing hotel management systems.
  • Effectively manage guest requests, inquiries, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, pricing, and special promotions, as well as daily VIP guests and events.
  • Handle general incoming communications with professionalism.
  • Assist in training new Front Desk Attendants.
The Senior Hospitality Front Desk Specialist will engage with guests throughout their entire experience, consistently advocating for their needs and collaborating with team members.
  • Implement pre-arrival planning to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with reservations personnel to ensure accurate billing and room requirements for VIP guests.
  • Input and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely responses.
