About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team of designers and staff in delivering exceptional projects to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure fulfillment of contract commitments and profitability.
  • Oversee efficient design and plan preparation, ensuring technical quality and accuracy.
  • Establish project controls and ensure quality in plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Interface daily with clients, develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Manage project staff, including design engineers and CAD operators, and mentor junior design staff in basic engineering procedures and techniques.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in a Project Management role.
  • Current CA P.E. license required.
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, with public works project management experience and land development experience preferred.
  • Valid and current Driver's License.
