Job Summary

We are seeking a strong professional leader with proven experience in digital banking to join our team as a Digital Banking Manager. This position is based in Concord, NH and offers a hybrid based schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital banking services and personnel to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting customers and services.
  • Work with internal departments, vendors, and employees to ensure seamless delivery of digital banking services.
  • Oversee the overall workflow for the department and ensure customer service production levels meet established standards.
  • Participate in the timely and successful delivery of new digital banking and related integrated services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and experience with digital banking applications and services.
  • Experience performing advanced level digital banking activities, including system administration, implementation of new digital services, and system upgrades.
  • Experience performing high-level research, analysis, and issue resolution, including those related to system interfaces.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and execution skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently and actively participate in team projects and initiatives.
