St. Mary's Bank is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations & Technology to lead the strategic development and execution of Operations & Technology for the Credit Union.

This role formulates strategies and directs action plans to meet St. Mary's Bank's business objectives as outlined in the annual business plan.

  • Oversee deposit and electronic operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-supported activities.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while minimizing member impact and credit union exposure.
  • Oversee all IT functions, including technology infrastructure, disaster recovery, and vendor management.
  • Support the continuous improvement of technology capability, availability, effectiveness, and reliability.
  • Implement an effective technology management function in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, information technology, or a financial/banking environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with compliance issues and regulatory enforcement.
