Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will architect and implement innovative solutions for IT infrastructure environments, addressing complex business challenges across various initiatives. This role encompasses the development, testing, and validation of technology platforms, software, and applications.


Key Responsibilities

The Principal Azure Engineer/Architect (Hybrid) position provides the opportunity to shape your daily work while collaborating with dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of advanced principles and methodologies to create innovative solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
  • Analyzing the complete performance of IT platforms.
  • Establishing and upholding policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions, while identifying and formulating strategies to address long-term trends or challenges.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in engineering infrastructure within the Azure cloud environment.
  • 6+ years of experience in architectural solutions within the Azure Cloud.
  • Proven ability to guide technical strategy and communicate vision across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in automating infrastructure scaling to align with cloud capacity demands.
  • Ability to interface with and advise executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformational projects across the enterprise.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft and Azure products.
  • Proficient in managing project plans, resources, and personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including planning and disseminating information.
  • Operational excellence in improving and overseeing processes.
  • Ability to identify causes of operational issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Product development skills, including designing products, creating product roadmaps, and prototyping.
  • Capability to enhance business processes through BPA, RPA, or other technology-driven automation.
  • Experience in identifying strategic options and resources to achieve defined objectives.
  • Relationship management skills, including engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Tools and Technologies
  • Azure Services: AD, CDN, Data Factory, Functions, CosmosDB, etc.
  • AWS/GCP.
  • Programming languages: Python, PowerShell, Java, .NET, Bash.
  • CI/CD methodologies.
