Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Rocket Software. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, and develop strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success plans, and track progress against key performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a genuine belief in the importance of customer success.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Creative, resourceful, and highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
