About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our global team at Altrata. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across our key enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their strategy and goals, and implement engagement strategies to drive success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Educate and train client users on the best ways to utilize our products and features.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for growth and drive net expansion.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years' experience in a customer success or application support role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and insights to build business cases.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Groove, or FreshDesk is a plus.
