Culinary Director

At The Palace, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our food services team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of high-volume cooking experience in a resort, hotel, or fine dining environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, supervise, and execute all food services for our community.
- Develop and implement menus, purchasing plans, production coordination, and service to residents, employees, and large events.
- Assign and coordinate work for kitchen personnel, ensuring proper service of meals to conserve nutritional value, flavor, appearance, and quality.
- Supervise cooks, prep cooks, and dishwasher staff.
- A minimum of 5 years of high-volume cooking experience in a resort, hotel, or fine dining environment.
- Culinary school certification is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of regional cooking styles.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions in English; Spanish is a plus.
