About the Role
As a Special Dietary Culinary Specialist at HAMSA COOKING INC., you will play a critical role in ensuring that all guests with special dietary needs receive exceptional care and attention to their requirements.
This is a seasonal position available from May to August, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in culinary arts, with a strong background in food safety training and large-scale cooking. They will also possess excellent leadership qualities, be able to produce large quantities of food, and delegate production effectively.
As a Special Dietary Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and preparing menu items for special dietary restricted guests, working closely with the Food Service Director to coordinate and supervise kitchen personnel, and maintaining safe and efficient kitchen workflow.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in culinary arts
- ServSafe Food Manager Certified
- Previous experience in food safety training, culinary arts, and large-scale cooking
- Ability to produce large quantities of food and delegate production effectively
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Valid US driver's license
Salary Estimate:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
