AWS Startups Sales Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead the fast-growing early, mid, and late-stage startups segment. As a key member of the AWS sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing a team of account executives, driving revenue and user adoption, and ensuring new startups select AWS as their primary cloud provider.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer adoption in the startups segment.
- Lead a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solutions architecture, and business development, to implement a consistent coverage model and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startups, leveraging AWS's comprehensive cloud platform and robust suite of products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, CxO, board of directors, and VC influencers to drive customer success and adoption.
