Job Overview

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead the fast-growing early, mid, and late-stage startups segment. As a key member of the AWS sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing a team of account executives, driving revenue and user adoption, and ensuring new startups select AWS as their primary cloud provider.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer adoption in the startups segment.
  2. Lead a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solutions architecture, and business development, to implement a consistent coverage model and go-to-market strategy.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startups, leveraging AWS's comprehensive cloud platform and robust suite of products and services.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, CxO, board of directors, and VC influencers to drive customer success and adoption.
