Job Title: Wholesale Account Manager

Company Description:

Booth Creek Wagyu (BCW) is a vertically integrated wagyu beef company headquartered in Manhattan, KS. With its own ranch, feedlot, processing plant, and distribution center, BCW controls its processes and product from farm to fork.

By leveraging top 1% genetics and vertical integration, BCW supplies its retail stores, e-commerce, and select restaurants and wholesale meat markets with premium beef.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new business with retail stores, meat shops, food service, restaurants, etc.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and business
  • Cold calls and visits with existing and potential new customers
  • Input sales orders in the system for deliveries and will calls
  • Work with the team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Work with distribution to ensure special delivery needs are met
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven track record in sales or customer relations
  • 1 year in protein/restaurant sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
