We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wholesale Account Executive to join our team in New York. As a key member of our USA tribe, you will be responsible for executing our North America growth strategy and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute seasonal territory and individual account revenue/GP plans to meet our Wholesale targets.
- Strategize to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the CAMILLA brand DNA and values.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the US customer, range offering, and product performance.
- Identify and manage key region accounts and relationships.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and deliver a superior level of sales and after-sales.
- Ensure all processes, reporting, and administration are up to date.
- Execute clear after-sale strategies to improve sell-through and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Finance division on pricing/margin/term agreements and discussions.
- Develop and execute annual sell campaign strategies to align with Brand distribution targets, budgeted costs, and on-brand presentation.
- 4+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales management.
- Strong team player with a dedication to working well within our USA tribe.
- Experience with and understanding of the luxury retail landscape in the US.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full working rights in the USA.
- Department and specialty store experience is a must.

This is a full-time contractor agreement, Monday-Friday, based at our New York Showroom.
