Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors/partners to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and execute order files for the region across all seasons, brands, and categories.
- Track monthly progress with the global finance team for each global partner.
- Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Regional experience and language skills a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
