Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Tony Serra Highland Nissan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Nurture and develop long-term relationships with our customers to build a loyal client base.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and expand your knowledge of our vehicle offerings, including features, options, and technologies.
  • Sales and Consultation: Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow-up and Referrals: Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a strong network of satisfied clients.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills, working closely with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Availability and Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Possess a self-starter mentality, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance, reflecting positively on Tony Serra Highland Nissan.
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
