Key Responsibilities- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with customers to schedule test drives and sales appointments.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
- Collaborate with Managers: Work closely with sales managers to improve the quality of appointments and identify opportunities to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with a seamless and personalized sales experience.
- Meet Sales Goals: Proactively meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Log and Track Appointments: Accurately log and track appointments set, shown, and sold using our CRM system and Microsoft Excel.
- Follow-up with Customers: Follow up with sales customers to assist them in selecting the right vehicle, schedule appointments, and retain current customers.
- Product Knowledge: Consistently grow and demonstrate knowledge of our products, providing customers with accurate information and directing them to relevant product resources.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Professional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications.
- Structured Environment: Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to policies and schedule requirements.
- Additional Experience: Automotive experience, call center experience, Spanish speaking, and hospitality experience are all considered assets.
