Job Overview:
CFO Strategic Partners is seeking a controller to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting function for our company, including planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. You will also be responsible for managing the general ledger, coordinating the preparation of financial statements, and assessing current accounting operations to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements
- Assess current accounting operations and identify areas for improvement
- Offer recommendations and implement new processes
- Manage accounting department staff

Requirements:
- Accounting degree
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent analytical and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
