Responsibilities
This position requires hands-on leadership, including direct supervision, training, and development of team members to achieve sales goals and meet KPIs. Key responsibilities include:
  • Directly supervise and lead a team of 10-15 Strategic Partnership Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Train and develop team members, focusing on skills like relationship management, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to discuss individual performance, set goals, and provide coaching on improvement strategies.
  • Monitor team progress against KPIs, offering proactive solutions and support to ensure targets are met.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Proven success in leading and developing a team to meet sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to effectively train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams.
