Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at CFO Strategic Partners in Orlando. As a senior financial executive, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidance to our clients and helping them achieve their business goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in finance leadership roles, with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with business objectives
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management and clients
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate and transparent financial records and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, overtime pay, employee development opportunities, and a 401(k) plan with match.
