Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out procedures, including managing payments and distributing keys.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and assist guests with their inquiries and requests.
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Address guest complaints and ensure swift resolutions.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and various shifts.
  • Experience in front desk operations or within the Marriott brand is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
