The Charming Inns is seeking a dedicated full-time Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our esteemed team. As the initial point of contact for our guests, the coordinator must embody graciousness and efficiency, reflecting our commitment to exceptional hospitality, service, and luxury.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all incoming phone inquiries, providing assistance or redirecting calls as necessary.
- Manage room bookings with precise details regarding room types, rates, and included amenities.
- Offer guests recommendations for local dining and attractions, securing reservations and tickets upon request.
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Collaborate effectively with bell staff and housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
The primary schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with a requirement for flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
A minimum of two years of experience in front desk or concierge roles is required, with a preference for candidates with luxury boutique hotel experience.
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Proficiency in Windows computing and multi-line phone systems is essential.
