Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences by offering professional and friendly support to guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure. This role involves managing inquiries related to bookings, hotel services, and addressing guest issues with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests upon arrival using both traditional and digital systems
  • Oversee guest check-out processes efficiently
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate guest billing
  • Respond to inquiries, process reservations, and employ upselling techniques to enhance occupancy
  • Foster positive guest relations and stay updated on hotel activities
  • Utilize PBX systems for effective guest communication
  • Maintain a warm and professional demeanor at all times
  • Support colleagues and various departments as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a Front Desk role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Capability to remain on foot for extended durations indoors
