- Respond to inquiries, process reservations, and employ upselling techniques to enhance occupancy
- Foster positive guest relations and stay updated on hotel activities
- Utilize PBX systems for effective guest communication
- Maintain a warm and professional demeanor at all times
- Support colleagues and various departments as required
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a Front Desk role is advantageous but not mandatory
- Capability to remain on foot for extended durations indoors
