The Position:

Prepare to elevate your career as the Regional Operations Supervisor. In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the District Manager in overseeing multiple client locations across Southern California. Your mission is to enhance the Servicon experience, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the benchmark for operations across various sites; formulate and implement policies and procedures.
  • Guarantee that contracted services are delivered to client specifications and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Lead contract negotiations and actively pursue new service opportunities.
  • Mentor, train, and coach team members; engage in team project initiatives.
  • Generate metrics and reports to monitor team performance.
  • Ensure that each site is adequately staffed with the right number, type, and skill level of service team members and managers.
  • Oversee recruitment for sites, including initiating requisitions, selecting suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback on candidate selection.
  • Develop and support employees while addressing employee relations issues, including corrective actions; escalate or consult with human resources as necessary.
  • Verify that payroll processes are completed for the portfolio, ensuring managers fulfill payroll-related tasks and reviewing and approving timesheets as needed; capable of generating timekeeping reports and deriving meaningful workforce metrics from the data.
  • Communicate and deliver safety and job-related training to various service team members and managers.
  • Establish metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations, including cost-saving measures.
  • Foster cross-departmental relationships focused on executing company strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry standards related to cleaning techniques, supplies, and tools, identifying opportunities to leverage these resources with specific client sites or tasks.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for work purposes.
Qualifications for Success:
  • 5+ years of management experience in a service-oriented field.
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Consistent maintenance of quality standards.
  • Familiarity with technology and timekeeping systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of running relevant data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience working with unions and unionized team members is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial, healthcare, or aerospace industry standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, typically four to six hours.
