The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, B2B to lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy and product launches. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams, enabling DailyPay to achieve its quarterly and annual sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, with a proven track record of bringing products to market in B2B SaaS and Payments industries. They will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. The successful candidate will be a storyteller who uses data to inform product marketing strategies, and will be collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product managers to create, own, and champion go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features, including insights and research to inform why we build something, and defining how we launch by setting objectives, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement.
  • Drive quarterly planning and expected business impact with product marketing activities and campaigns, owning the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Launch new features, capabilities, and big bet products in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers, and salespeople.
  • Build product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that win over prospects and customers, evangelize DailyPay and its industry-leading products to the world.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective and existing partners and employees by employing traditional and innovative customer research methods.
  • Work with the Enablement teams to provide the field with the information that helps salespeople sell more effectively, success managers grow portfolios more effectively, and support support more effectively.
  • Build a deep understanding of our customers and DailyPay's value proposition to the market and users, and build scalable product feedback loops for product and marketing teams.
