SpotlightXR, a division of Extreme Reach, empowers brands, marketers, and production companies with innovative, technology-driven solutions and exceptional service.
Position Summary:
We are in search of a product marketing leader to spearhead product positioning, packaging, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that foster business growth and position SpotlightXR as a pioneering market player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Collaborate across product management, sales, marketing, customer success, and business development to create effective product packaging and positioning, along with successful go-to-market strategies that align with overarching business goals.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Analyze market trends and factors affecting our customers, ensuring their voice is integral to SpotlightXR's messaging and product strategy.
- Brand Positioning: Work alongside the VP of Product Marketing to align SpotlightXR within the broader Extreme Reach brand, ensuring coherent communication of our narrative across various industries and customer segments.
- Competitive Analysis: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying differentiation opportunities to reinforce SpotlightXR's leadership and inform product strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
- Product Messaging: Develop ideal customer profiles and audience personas to effectively translate products and services into customer value.
- Sales Support: Identify and create essential sales tools and training resources to empower the sales team with knowledge about core products, competitive insights, and key features.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the broader marketing team to produce SpotlightXR-focused content that enhances sales efforts and brand visibility, including videos, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies within a multi-product environment.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement content creation strategies across diverse product portfolios, including thought leadership content.
- Successful track record of collaborating with growth teams to drive revenue.
- Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for products and solutions.
- Extensive product marketing experience in enterprise software, human capital, or SaaS sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating visually compelling presentations and marketing materials, with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, and Photoshop being advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills in a matrixed organization across multiple time zones.
