Position Overview: The Enterprise Sales Leader will possess a driven and entrepreneurial spirit, showcasing a proven history of exceeding sales targets in dynamic and rapidly evolving Enterprise Software sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a deep understanding of the Decision Engines market and clientele to pinpoint, qualify, and engage high-impact new customers.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client business and technical needs to devise clear and effective strategic sales plans for each account.
  • Ensure accurate planning and forecasting, reporting to executive leadership as necessary.
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales targets aligned with the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Maintain an advanced comprehension of the Decision Engines platform and solution offerings while performing market research to recommend optimal product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate across various company functions to propose new offerings and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Lead business development initiatives within the assigned territory and oversee ongoing customer success efforts to promote account expansion opportunities.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the Decision Engines brand within customer and partner markets.
  • Act as a key ally to the executive team, supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure sustained company growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software and/or business technology products and services.
  • Proven knowledge of RPA, Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, or Digital Transformation concepts.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in emerging company and market conditions.
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding strategic and conceptual thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities in evolving market landscapes.
  • Highly skilled in consultative sales techniques.
  • Exceptional client-facing capabilities, presentation skills, and self-assurance, coupled with empathy and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate the essential relationships critical to the success of this role, both internally and externally.
  • Possess a commanding presence and stature.
