Position: Enterprise Change & Release Team Leader

Contract Type: 1-2 years

Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Essential Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication abilities, a strong executive presence, and a proven capacity to lead initiatives effectively.

  • Experienced team leader with practical knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for enterprise-level release and change management, particularly in large-scale software and platform deployments.
  • Act as the primary representative for the change and release team, interfacing with client CRM and collaborating with senior leaders in the Technology department.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present updates and report on project advancements.
  • Ability to adopt and refine enterprise-level processes and protocols to facilitate large-scale change management.
  • Responsible for scheduling and planning both teams and releases over an extended calendar period.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Oversee both junior and senior change management professionals.
  • Exhibit a positive, proactive attitude, bringing energy and enthusiasm to meetings while fostering strong working relationships across the program team.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP systems, including finance, CRM, data warehousing, or similar enterprise solutions that support organizations with a global footprint and a user base exceeding 100,000 is highly advantageous for success.
