Position Summary

Mark Kotary - State Farm Agent is in search of a qualified professional to become a vital part of our successful team as an Agent Team Member. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about insurance options.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to manage online presence and social media content.

Qualifications

  • Preferred sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Genuine interest in the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • People-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish and/or Vietnamese) are preferred
  • Current Property and Casualty license
  • Current Life and Health license
  • Current Personal Lines Licenses
