Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and ensure a secure and safe workplace for all staff
  • Oversee office supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Collaborate with vendors and property management teams
  • Facilitate mail distribution and support various administrative functions
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain office records

Required Qualifications:

  • Capability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in vendor relations and office space management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment:
